I know how hard it can be to find the right therapist and I want to make this process a little easier for you. ​​I work with women and mothers seeking to heal their mind and body through talk therapy, somatic therapy, and/or art therapy.

My approach to therapy is grounded through a client-centered framework that emphasizes treating the individual as well as the whole-self. I encourage attention to all dimensions of wellness—emotional, mental, cognitive, physical, social, environmental, spiritual, familial, and occupational—to support comprehensive and sustainable growth. I incorporate evidence-based treatment modalities and tailor interventions to meet your specific needs.
